Common questions

How do I set quiet hours?

Open Settings in the app and set your active window and quiet hours. Spontificant only sends nudges inside the hours you choose, so nothing arrives while you're asleep or heads-down.

I'm not getting any reminders.

First, make sure notifications are enabled for Spontificant in your device settings, and that you aren't inside your quiet hours. On Android, also check that battery optimization isn't restricting the app. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device, so they work even without a connection.

How does premium sync work?

Premium syncs your reminders and settings across your devices, and adds more categories and custom schedules. The free experience keeps working offline; premium just adds more on top.

How do I cancel premium?

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel them in your store account's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future billing; your premium features remain until the current period ends.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account from within the app. This permanently removes your account and any synced reminders and settings. Note that deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel that separately in your store account. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
